Data deletion

Request the deletion of personal information associated with KODEG or an interaction through one of our digital channels.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contacto@kodeg.mx with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your full name, the email or phone number associated with the interaction, and the service or channel you used (website, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram).

Verification and processing

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will delete or anonymize personal information that we are not required to retain and confirm the result by email, normally within 20 business days.

Information that may remain

Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or defend legal claims. It will be kept only for the applicable period and then deleted or anonymized.
